I bought a pour over kettle as a present and it arrived very promptly. However, it was delivered on a Saturday and the birthday boy was out and they had to collect the item from the local Post Office on the Monday. I addressed it to him but my name also appeared on the parcel :(. In saying this, I really enjoyed ordering through Coffee Parts and the communications were really good.
