I bought a nanofoam milk frother which was unfortunately an inferior product. The lid didn't stay on and the attachments which frothed the milk came off when in use! I contacted coffee parts, they requested videos so I sent them, demonstrating the issues. They came back to me and said all of them are like that. When I requested a refund (which is fair enough for upwards of a $50 hand held milk frother that doesn't work), noone got back to me. I have been ignored as a customer after I was sold a product that doesn't do what it is intended to do, rendering it waste. I would say that is poor customer service, wouldn't you? I'd just like a refund please, you sold me a product that has been poorly made and doesn't work, they should not be sold on your store.
