Bought a rubber and insert for my knock tube. The insert does not go all the way through the rubber and hence I need a mallet to bash one end of the insert to get the grounds out each day. I could have gone to Bunnings and knocked this up for a few bucks but I wanted a legit version. I emailed last week about the issue and did not get a reply.
