I recently bought a Weiss Distribution Tool. It looks great and worked really well. After a short time one of the prongs broke off. I contacted Coffee Parts as to any possible warranty on the item. They contacted the manufacturer and within days I received a replacement set of prongs that had additional reinforcement. Their product delivery and after-sales service is second to none. I can't recommend them highly enough.
