Coffee Parts has competitive pricing and a wide variety of parts. For example, I've bought a lot of eclectic coffee items from them, such as a chrome portafilter handle plug -- yes, that shiny bit at the end of the handle -- when it disappeared from one of my portafilters. A small round bit of metal, but Coffee Parts had it. They also have regular discounts to watch out for. The home coffee equipment industry is a thriving competitive market, and Coffee Parts is out in front. Also, the reviews that Pedro does are informative. One of the latest reviews I was keenly interested in was the Niche Zero versus the Varia VS3. Despite CP not selling the Niche, as the manufacturers have decided to go straight to market, Pedro still listened to his viewers and gave a balanced review. The result was in line with several others, who have praised the VS3, and had me considering whether to sell my Niche, pocket the change and buy a VS3... the jury's still out on that. I like a company that does that. That has confidence in their products and sales to compare it against (technically) a competitor. It is for all the reasons listed above that I highly recommend Coffee Parts for the home barista hobbyist.
