Coffee Parts made it easy to get the correct spare part for my broken Baratza Sette 270Wi. The gearbox went out, and I had the replacement part in my hands within five days (in WA!!). The only thing I would have loved to be a bit easier was adding a couple of accessories. I added a temping matt and something else to the order, and suddenly shipping went from $12 to over $50. I skipped the accessories and only ordered the gearbox. Overall, I'm thrilled and will order again in the future.
