I bought my first aeropress over 10 years ago and have loved it over the years. I replaced the plunger unit recently because the rubber seal had shrunk a bit. Thankfully, it fitted the old coffee chamber, I didn't notice the design had changed somewhat. I avoid buying new things and was amazed I could replace the part without having to buy the whole unit - very environmentally friendly! Highly recommend this for decent coffee at home and travelling. Can the old plunger be recycled?
