I bought a silicon gasket to replace a rubber replacement gasket I bought a week or two before that just wouldn't seal; kept leaking from the top of the portafilter. Seemed too much hassle to report to Coffee Parts so I just got the silicon replacement. Their service has been great though, I had a query about the paper gasket and was given a helpful reply and their speed of post and 'down ro earth' emails are great. I read about the history of the company and would like to support a small business who are passionate about what they do.
