Coffee Parts personnel are great to deal with, as my order placed in the morning was delivered the next day, from Sydney to Canberra. Amazing! Their products are excellent.
In addition the packaging was ECO friendly, as it didn't have any plastic, other than the tape to keep the box from opening.
Also, they responded extremely quick to emails, replying either the same day or next day, so questions were answered quickly.
