Coffee Parts has great up front customer service. The website is OK, the delivery service is great and the purchase is very efficient. If something goes wrong however or you need to return a product, the experience changes significantly. The website link to return products does not work. Phone calls go unanswered and voicemails are not returned. Emails (*7) go unanswered - it is extremely frustrating. It is such a shame as the upfront website experience is great and the product offering is good. It just fails badly when the humans get involved (or should I say refuse to get involved). I will never use Coffee Parts again.
