Very poor customer service.
I purchased my item on the 01/07; shipping guidelines advised shipping is expected within 1 working day, so I expected confirmation of dispatch by the 03/07 at the latest. I still hadn't received anything by the 07/07 so sent an email requesting an update. An hour later I received an email from the courier advising it was due for collection from Cohorted. It was received late on the 09/07. Overall, not a bad turn around time but it's worth noting I never received a response from Cohorted to my email chasing the parcel. Furthermore, if they are unable to ship within 1 working day and more like 5, why advise this?
When I received my parcel one item was clearly used. It was damaged, had finger prints in and was missing a part of it. I sent an email that evening and tagged them in instagram. No response but I received another box on the 13/07. I assumed this was a replacement due to the issues with the one I had received and sent them and tagged them again on instagram saying thanks.
Today (15/07) I have received an email asking me to return the second box as it was sent in error. So, the second box was NOT a result of good customer service but more so POOR business management. I have STILL not received a response regarding the damage and clearly the issue has not been addressed as the second box was sent to many people in error.
I will be returning the second box as do not want to deprive another person of a box they have paid for, as I note some people are still awaiting theirs 15 days later. However, I do expect a full refund.
