Cohorted beauty boxes are amazing - 5 stars! Definitely best beauty boxes in the UK. It would be even better if you would offer subscription, i am sure that many girls would be interested in this. Unfortunately the customer service is the worst out of all companies that offer beauty boxes that i have ever experienced. I understand that you have limited number of boxes and the number of people who try to pre order them on the website must be crazy, but then why release 3 pre-orders at the same time if you know your website cannot handle it? On 1st may, when i tried to pre-order beauty boxes for May, June and July, the website kept crashing and showing errors (I know I was not the only one). I was lucky and after an hour added all three beauty boxes to my cart - May's, June's and July's. However in the checkout i realised that in error 1 June's and 2 July's boxes were added and not the May box. After this i have tried to contact your customer service on Instagram (twice) and emailed a few times, it has been 2.5 months now and still no reply... I wanted to exchange one July's box or get a refund, after i had no response and received 2 July's boxes i just gave one to a friend. However i have seen that some other girls received used/broken products in their boxes and could not reach customer service either, and this must be really frustrating! I am not sure whether i will continue to order your beauty boxes - they are amazing but the hassle with customer service might not be worth it... What if it is broken/missing and there is no one you can contact? It just looks like they don't care at all, and after receiving a number of emails still don't bother to reply? I hope you can sort this out and i wish you all the best in the future! x
