If the customer service was as high end as the contents of the box, the company would be amazing.
Both of the boxes that I have received were packed full of high end goods.
Sadly, Cohorted have never replied to my emails.
They have sent me a duplicate box for July (which I emailed them and told them about) and I received a "dear all" email asking me to send it back at my own cost and then they would refund me! It concerns me how long I would wait for my refund...
