I have rated it as normal due to the products in the box, which are good quality but if anything goes wrong the customer service is really poor. I initially ordered 2 boxes and only received 1, it took weeks of emailing and phoning to be told I was only allowed 1 box (I was then refunded). I received an extra box in July and received an email asking me to return it (I had to pay for the postage up front), which I did straight away, I would have expected some communication thanking me for doing so but nothing.
