I ordered my July box away back in April and it's now the 24 July 2015 and still haven't received it. I contacted them about two weeks ago and after a long delay they finally replied and said they would send out another one, still haven't got that either. I have complained and now waiting a full refund.
Their customer service is appalling. There are more alternative and better quality beauty boxes than theirs. Ridiculous how they treat their customers.
