I have been getting the cohorted box for about 6 months now, although it was a battle to get them the first couple were really good. I have noticed that each month the quality is deteriorating rapidly.
The customer service is shocking, they don't reply to messages or emails for weeks. I have bought cohort items from the site and never received them, I sent various messages and only when threatened with a credit card dispute did they refund me.
I agree with other reviews that some items seem out of date and I wonder if they are adhering to consumer laws.
