I signed up for this luxury high end beauty box at the end of February and they did take 2 payments within a few days of each other but they explained to me that it's a month in advance depending on when you sign up which was fine. I received my first box on the 10th March and I was very happy with the products I thought it was great value for money and I will continue with my subscription I can't wait to see what I get next month!!!. I also signed up for a fragrance box and was very pleased with this also although they did forget to put a card in my fragrance box. Overall fabulous service and had no issues regarding bad customer service as previous reviews state. Very happy customer x
