Firstly, I have got to say the customer service is fantastic in my experience. I would advise emailing the customer service through the email link rather than through the website 'Contact' page.
Within a few hours I had a friendly reply that put my concerns to rest. The lady who I was talking to asked if it would be better to talk about my needs through a phone call and she was very patient and understanding. My email was actually to do with an overdue payment- I was expecting Cohorted to fine me or charge me extra but they didn't charge me anything which I thought was very considerate. As a student I was relieved that they weren't going to charge me extra (although they could have considering the circumstances)...
Also I would advise people to start reading the Terms and Conditions that are stated on the actual website. I was initially confused about being charged on the 1st of the month but it says clearly on the T&C that Cohorted will reschedule payments to the 1st even when you have ordered your first box at the end of the month. A lot of stuff like that is actually cleared up on the website, and there is an FAQ on there too.
