I keep going because of the variety of stuff that it means I get to try out new stuff I wouldn't usually. The quality (and quantity!) varies. I've had at least two rubbish months where I was tempted to send the stuff back. However I've had many great months too.
The customer service is terrible (take ages to reply to emails and no phone number)
