I signed up with a Groupon 50% off deal. I paid £17.50 to Groupon. When I sign up with you (Cohorted) you also debited my account for £17.50. I contacted you and you refunded the £17.50 that you had deducted from my account. This was about 4 months ago and I have never received any goods. Very disappointed and I wasted £17.50 on nothing!!
