I have tried to contact cohorted for well over half a year by now and never actually had any success and never had any reply other than autogenerated emails. I have emailed, called and facebooked them, no replies or help. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I mean hey, even scam companies have a better reply rate! I have been over charged and the last box came to me in a terrible state, with nail polish leaked out over all the other products. The products themselves are highs and lows, other than being sticky from a horribly unflattering hue of yellowish skin tone. Good brands, but often really old items which very often is for sale at tk maxx at the same time or soon after boxes arrives. That, combined with the often almost bizzare poducts (anti frizz wipes. Seriously? Its pretty much baby wipes in oil.) makes me feel like Cohorted buys up whatever dumpster of branded old unsold dead stock and spices it up with something more or less unheard of, often in a hard to wear, hard to sell, shade. Good customer service is really essential for an online company today, I have experience with a multitude of beauty boxes by now, and Cohorteds respect and attention to their customers is by far the worst.
