I'm actually surprised to see all the reviews below, I've had occasions where my box didn't arrive but the guys at customer service would send another one out and I'd receive it in the next couple of days.
The products overall are great, specially the lipsticks and the HD bow products I got (use them pretty much everyday) great quality, customer service are really friendly they respond quickly and always super helpful whenever I've had a problem.
