Whilst I've been generally happy with the contents of my first 2 boxes, they have both been dispatched several days late. It is a luxury treat and really needs to at least meet expectations if not actually exceed them.
I agree with one other lady's comment about the balance between makeup and skincare/haircare products - more makeup please and not just eyeshadow palettes.
