I subscribed in the end of September and was charged for the September box, which never arrived. When I contacted their customer service, they said the payment was for the oct box. But they charged me again for october! I recieved the oct box very late and was charged again in November for a box which didn't arrive. When I contacted the customer service, they said they are not shipping internationally anymore and I will get a refund for November. Now I replied and wrote many Emails that i only recieved one box and paid for 3. And they need to refund me for the other two. Still waiting for an answer. Auch an awfull experience! So I hope you refund soon, before I have to take other actions.
