Ordered and paid for items in full. Items were not sent and marked as 'on hold' but no explanation.
Customer service is dreadful. Phone lines don't work/aren't connected. No response from facebook messages or emails.
Eventually I had a response via email, but Conor couldn't access my order or account, so I had to inform him of my order. So I went into my account and copy & pasted the items, and sent them to him. Very odd.
