The whole experience was a complete nightmare. This is my first and only cohorted box and the service was a complete joke. I signed up and sent an email over after they announced they'd be charging me twice before actually receiving anything at all, I contacted customer services and asked for the second payment to be cancelled until I'd at least had my first box, they replied two weeks later to say they had, which was great. Then low and behold charged my card again, fuming I contacted them several times before receiving a reply to tell me they'd refund me without an apology or explanation, I pushed to ask why and they said whoops my bad in sorts and said they'd send me an extra item to apologise. Then the wait, I had an email around the 6th to say the box had been dispatched, then another on the 14th to say it actually had been dispatched, turns out the first was just another lie. I finally received my box on the 16th and was highly underwhelm. - a couple of Clarins lipsticks that would be more suited to my grandma and run if the mill skin care I've received through Glossybox (which I highly recommend at £12 per month all in) I emailed about my additional product I was promised and was sent the cheapest crappest nail varnish they could scrape up two days later. I will not use cohorted again if my life depended on it. This is a very simple business model how they manage the sheer incompetence to butcher that is the only impressive thing about this overpriced joke.
