The subscription process is awful. I unknowingly ended up with 2 accounts and was charged double subscriptions and was receiving double boxes which have to return. Tried to cancel without success. The phones are unmanned and response to emails is very poor. In the end have resorted to getting credit card company to put a stop on any further payments being taken from my account and credit card company claiming a refund on my behalf. I suggest anyone having similar problems does the same.
