I was charged on February 1 for the March beauty box. I know that the boxes go out the following month so that's not a problem. It is now March 17 and I still have not received my box but I will give it a couple more days because I am in France and it might take a little longer. The thing that I have a huge problem with is the fact that no matter how many Emails I sent to customer service, I never got a response. I have also read that there is a phone number published on Facebook which is never answered. I don't understand why this company refuses to answer emails and refuses to answer the phone. I would have been a customer for life but I cannot deal with the stress of not being able to contact someone and being reassured that my box is on the way each month when I get nervous and don't see it. I have also read a lot of reviews which said that people never received their boxes due to issues with them getting lost in the shipping. But yet they couldn't contact the company to get it resolved. Especially given the fact it is expensive.
