Big delay in getting my box sent to me, was told via email a 'rare error' had occurred!
One of the items I was most looking forward to(after seeing unboxings on YouTube) had been substituted...even though my box is paid for well in advance(you know the quantities you need, surely)!?!
Hopefully my December box will arrive without 'drama' and really hoping to actually get what I'm supposed to!
I have cancelled my subscription, Decembers will be my last!
