Ordered box Feb 2, 2018, on March 12, received email stating attempted break in. What does an “attempted” break in have to do with productivity. I live in the US, I had to pay £12 for shipping and $4.00 from my bank for the luxury of paying this company in foreign currency, on top of the £35. Still haven’t received the box. Received two emails, one stating I can £5 off my next purchase, they can’t properly distribute my original order why would I want to purchase a second time. The other stated yesterday my product is being shipped, however they have yet to receive the shipping information from the client. I have sent numerous emails to Cohorted, no answer except the generic ones of we received you email, high volume of emails at the moment, we will get back to you... never! Is it too much to ask for a company to send you what you purchased in a timely manner? I only purchased one box however, I very disappointing from a company which received such high reviews until recently, I would of continued the monthly payment if it weren’t for this
