20 March no box
Been given a shipment number but cannot track
5 off voucher ok no give me 5 off my next box.
Will be looking to cancel this as two payments have gone out and no box has been received it better be worth the wait .
Logistics need to be sorted this is reason I left Birchbox and one other .
Can’t be that hard can it.
