Investing is quite easy, but you don't get much of your money back, to the point that you start to question the legitimacy of the website. The phone is 'no longer functioning' and the personal advisor stops being available. Email correspondence is very slow, additional procedures that I was not aware of before emerging and requiring further costs are still unresolved until TONELIMITED comes in and expeditiously gets my refund for me, but overall, I have had a very disappointing experience.
