I had an issue in my trade where I thought that the Take profit price came but did not hit my order. The agent explained the whole execution to me within 24 hours including all the relevant details and informed that the execution was in my favor. My mentor later confirmed that her information was correct. Their support staff has good technical knowledge, unlike the usual brokers which are just people sitting on pc with no understanding of trading whatsoever
