This exchange is the worst! They take your money and make communication almost impossible. I have $103,000 stuck there because I wanted to try out their trading bot. After getting a new phone, I couldn't authenticate my account. Despite sending videos with my ID, filling out emails and forms, and chatting with customer service reps, I've gotten nowhere. All I receive are dumb emails saying to use Google Authenticator. The chats are a total waste of time. Without Google Authenticator, it seems I can't access my money. This site is garbage, and their customer service is useless. I've been trying for months with no success.
