In 2019, when I first started using Coinomi all was good. My assets and transactions were all available and safe. In mid 2023, I swapped coin A to coin B. Transaction was confirmed on explorer but coin B was not visible in my account. Customer service said it would be a while as they were having issues after I had tried various troubleshooting methods they had advised me to try. Now Feb 2024, I contacted customer service again, I was told rather bluntly that they did not have a timeline where or when my crypto would be available. I consulted LUCENTEQ .
