I transferred 5k USDC from one of my accounts too , I can clearly see that the transaction is confirmed on blockchain but the balance is not reflected on my Coinomi portal. It's a scam these guys are running. Their customer support is also not responsive. Fortunately, I have been able to get my money back from them with the help of a recovery agency called ⓢⓤⓟⓡⓔⓜⓔⓐⓢⓢⓔⓣⓢⓡⓔⓒⓞⓥⓔⓡⓨ③⑧①⑤@ⓖⓜⓐⓘⓛ.ⓒⓞⓜ Anyone in a similar situation and need help should contact this agency.
