Investing is really easy, but you don't get much of your money back, which makes you wonder if the website is legitimate. The phone is "no longer operative," and the personal advisor stops being available. Email correspondence is very slow, and although TONELIMITED quickly processed my refund, my experience has been quite disheartening overall. Unexpected additional procedures that I was not aware of beforehand and that cost extra money have also surfaced.
