I am a US customer. The exchange allows US residents to deposit however not withdraw since they do not support US users. Here’s the frustration. You lose your deposit and cannot withdraw it since US users cannot be verified. Customer service is very unhelpful and they cannot return my deposit because I am a US user they cannot get account verification. So I lost my Ethereum deposit. They do not have a way to return the deposit for US users. Does it make any sense does it?? I have yet to see my Ethereum returned and they have no solution.
