Coinsbit is a scam exchange. Once you make a deposit, you cannot get it back. I couldn't withdraw my coins for about 5 months. After that, all my coins disappeared without explanation. I contacted support and they gave me a robot response time and time again and the issue remained unresolved. I was lucky enough to stumble upon a fraud investigator located in the usa this her email joan.recovery@usa.com, she works with a firm that helps track down scams and recover lost funds and crypto, they helped me get my coin back from this scam exchange.
