I don't often write reviews but their customer service is truly appalling. Reject your withdrawal for anything else without asking for information and without explanation?! Customer service is non existent - I emailed and asked for information and the poor man said ‘I can’t tell you anything’!! Zero transparency, nothing behind this bit of technology.
