I I have had an account with them for a few years, and never had any problems so far, but recently I transferred Bitcoins to a different platform as usual with no problems. A few weeks later I make a deposit ($700) and try to manipulate it but cannot access my acct because it is now activated with 2fa and now requires me to register at "OnFido" and that means sending a pic of me and private info + a video of myself.
I am not tolerant of such tactics to take my money hostage.
Does anyone know where to get help about this?
