Ordered via e-bay on the understanding delivery was within 48 hours. Waited 7 days, by which time it was too late to give item as a birthday present so opened case and requested a refund. Mr Antosiewicz chose my request and sent the item instead (this has happened to other customers). After several ignored messages, I asked e-bay to step in and Mr A is now forced to accept a return. All this faff would have been unecessary if Mr A had just done what was requested. AVOID.
