Really bad services on the phone and online. They do not make clear the conditions and they lie about booking with them.
I have booked a drop off a parcel of 80cm in my nearest store and they have said to me they will no collect it because it is only allowed parcels of 60cm, HOWEVER, NOBODY, and I am saying nobody and no email confirmation, says, we ONLY collect parcels of 60cm. This is a joke! Very poor, also nowhere on their website that information it is said.
Will never use them again, please DO NOT USE THEM
