Absolutely disgusted by Collect plus!!
I paid £5.06 for a parcel to be delivered which they then lost. The contents inside was worth £40.19
They have admitted fault but will not refund me. I have sent numerous emails each and every time i am either ignored or fobbed off. They refuse point blank to refund for the label claiming they are not liable. How can they not be liable to refund me for a label for a parcel they subsequently never sent?
They offered a refund for the contents but then never paid it. First i received an email to say they had paid. But they hadn't. Then i was ignored for ages. Then i received an email to say they needed my bank details to refund my money but also stated in the same email that I could not reply to that email which left me back at square one again. Every time I email I get sent back to the start by someone new asking me to state my problem from the start and as soon as I get anywhere they circulate the process back to the start again. They clearly have no plan to refund me for the loss I have made due to their negligence! I am disgusted. Why treat your customers so badly??
I refunded my customer immediately at my own expense the moment I found out their mistake. Where is their morals. Foul company. I'm now moving to DPD for my business.
