Collect+ was perfect until you changed to Yodel ...... what has happened????? I think Hermes is more reliable than you now.
Losing parcels, taking so long to deliver, unable to claim because you make it so difficult. With Collect+ I found a solid reliable quick service and I do not understand why this has changed. Bring back to old system please. In the meantime im off to use Hermes and Royal Mail.
