I will also never use this service again. Sent a surprise present to my daughter who was texted to say it was ready for collection only to find it wasn’t there. It took them 3 weeks to admit to losing it. 16 emails and 4 phone calls later (none of which were helpful) I should receive compensation 6 weeks after the item was posted! Never again!!
