Collectplus sent me a code saying they had delivered my parcel to the shop and it was ready for collection. I went to the shop to collect and was told it hadn't been delivered.
The tracking online showed that it was ready for collection but that was a lie. I phoned to report and got charged £6 for phoning them to report a problem they had caused. They then took my phone number and promised phoning me but never did.
