Customer service is shocking. Paid extra for higher insurance, full tracking, and a signature as the item I posted was £200. Parcel lost in transit between one depot and the next. Head office don’t reply to emails and their stock response seems to be wait 2 days. Head office / customer service couldn’t help locate the item so I asked for a phone number for the Northampton depot - they couldn’t give me one!! Just looked up the address to get a number myself and found out it is a Yodel depot. If I’d wanted to use Yodel to carry my parcel I would have used Yodel in the first place!! Basically CollectPlus can’t give me an answer because they are a customer of Yodel themselves!! Shocking!!
