They lost my parcel and have denied any responsibility for it - meaning they have lost £100+ of mine. I allowed for additional time for the parcel to be returned to ASOS and processed due to COVID, however, this meant that I was out of their 28 day window to raise a claim. You would think this would be increased in times like this. The reason I didn't contact them earlier is because the tracker on their website still said my parcel was out for delivery. The tracker is awful and they take no responsibility. Never use them if it can be helped.
