First of all they lost the package I sent. And it took them 2 weeks to confirm that. Then I had to jump through hoops to make a claim on my lost package. There's no complaints procedure, no phone number to call, and seemingly the staff replying to emails don't talk to each other. I insured my package for £100 and in the end got refunded just £22. They are truly a terrible, terrible Company.
